Program and information
The last time we held Pharmaconomics Day was in 2016. There were approx. 650 pharmacists and pharmacy students from all over the country and from all industries / workplaces (about 65% work in private pharmacies). From the evaluations, we know that the exhibitor fair is very important for the participants, so we hope that many of you would like to attend the day with a booth.
Pharmaconomist Day is a permanent recurring event approx. every 4 years. This year the day will be held at the Odense Congress Center. Tradition believes it is an important part of the day with an exhibitor booth with companies from across the pharmaceutical industry.
In addition to the academic program content, we attach great importance to the social aspect during the day. There will be several breaks in the program, and all participant care incl. Lunch is taken in the exhibitor area at standing buffets.
The official program in the Plenary Hall starts at. 10am and ends at. 16.00. There will be professional presentations throughout the day. We expect to be able to tell more about the content of the academic posts during January. Please find attached the draft of the preliminary program.

Numbers of delegates
It is expected that approx. 600 participants from all over Denmark.
Exhibition and booths
The trade fair opens at 9am and ends at 16.00. Participants have the opportunity to walk to and from the fair during the day and visit you during the great breaks that are scheduled from the morning at. 9-10, morning break at. 11: 15-11: 45, lunch break at. 12: 30-13: 30 and coffee break at. 14: 15-14: 45th
We know from experience over the years that pharmacists and pharmacist students are very interested in going into depth with product information and want a cozy and informal dialogue with you at the stands. If you have the opportunity to spoil them with, for example, samples, goodie bags or the like, they will greatly appreciate it.
There will be opportunities to buy stands of different sizes. An exhibitor package contains, regardless of the size of the stand; a table incl. tablecloth, catering for 2 people all day, and a power outlet. In addition, there is the opportunity to purchase various items for the booth.
First come, first served
Exhibitor booth takes place in Hall B. See attached overview of exhibitor area and booth location. We follow the principle of first-come, first-served basis in relation to placement in the hall. However, this is subject to minor changes as the final layout depends on the exhibitor number.

The standard price is 2875 DKK, excl. VAT per m2.

The exhibition area is centrally located at the Odense Congress Center (Hall B). The area will be closed off to the public and from the professional program.
All breaks in the meeting take place in the exhibition area, where coffee and lunch are consumed at standing tables.
This should ensure an optimal opportunity to establish contact between participants and exhibitors.
Payment of stand:
When registering a stand, please fill in the CVR number and any. PO number on the website.
After registration, ConferenceCare will send invoice based on stand size with stated PO number.
