We expect approx, 150 participants from Denmark, for a couple of educatonal days.
The exhibition is held separately from the academic program. It is completely closed off to access the spa area.
The catering will be divided into two areas. That way, we all ensure the best possible.
Drinks will be served in the room Lille Hessel where there will also be exhibitors.

Exhibition price and booking
The price for participating with an exhibition stand is as follows:
Exhibition fee per m2: DKK 2,200
Administration fee: DKK 1,700

Minimum stand size: 1.5 x 1.5 = 2.25 sqm.
2.25 m2 x 2,200 = 4,950 + 1,700 = DKK 6,650 for the smallest stand size.

We start selling stands of all sizes, with a minimum stand size of 1.5 × 1.5. Your registration is a pre-booking. We draw a drawing that will be approved by the hotel on an ongoing basis, and when it is not justifiable to have more exhibitors, we will close. It is to meet the restrictions associated with Covid-19 BUT also that you who have signed up well in advance have a proper experience with it in the booker. I realize it's a popular event to attend, but we simply have to respect each other, and then we have to move to bigger places in the future if we want to be more.
THEREFORE, hurry to book, and if it requires a lot of internal approvals, book anyway. It is, as I said, just an advance booking. When you get a contract from me and it is returned signed, then the stand is yours.
