NUGA & DUGS joint meeting 2019

We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the joint meeting of the 31st Bi-Annual Meeting of the Nordic Urogynecological Association (NUGA) and the Annual Meetings of the Danish Urogynaecological Society (DUGS) will be held on 24 – 26 January 2019 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

NUGA is a none profit committee of urogynecologists from all Nordic countries. The purpose of NUGA is to organize and plan bi-annual meetings in the Nordic countries for urogynecologists and other healthcare workers emphasising the latest updates in the field of urology and urogynecology. Our purpose is also to give young scientists the opportunity to present their work. The profits of the meetings is used to give out Research Grants and prizes (e.g. prize for best abstract and Ulmsten prize for the most promising young scientist).

The meeting will take place at the Hotel Scandic Copenhagen from 24 – 26 January 2019. Hotel Scandic Copenhagen brings Copenhagen attractions to your doorstep. The meeting attendees will predominantly be gynaecologists and urogynecologists treating female patients with urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse on a daily basis, but we also expect a number of urologists, general practitioners, continence nurses, and other allied health workers from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

Topics of this Meeting will include: diagnosis, conservative, pharmacological and surgical treatment of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, as well as related aspects of pelvic floor function and dysfunction. New original research will be presented including relevant dissertations and submitted abstracts.

Location of the Exhibition
The exhibition area is located on the ground floor at the congress center. Please see the floorplan of the exhibition below. Coffee and lunch will be served in the exhibition areas during the congress breaks.

Setup and dismantling of exhibition
Setup for DUGS: 24 January, 2019 from 08.00 – 11.00.
Setup for NUGA: 25 January, 2019 from 06.00 – 08.00.
Dismantling DUGS: 24 January, 2019 from 15.30.
Dismantling for NUGA: 26 January, 2019 from 18.00.

Stand and rental of additional exhibition furniture and decorations
The general maximum building height in the exhibition area is 2,8 m.
The price of the stand includes floor space, Wi-Fi, 1 extension cord, 1 conference table (60×120 cm) and 2 conference chairs. To request any additional structures, AV, signage, other furnitures and decorations or a proposal of a modular booth or for a design booth construction, please contact: messeshop@holmud.dk and list the following, then you will receive a unique login to customize your own booth.

General rules for decorations, signs, etc

No items may be stapled, nailed, screwed, taped, etc, to the walls, floor or ceiling.
As a general rule, decorations, signs, and the like may only be placed on floor stands located a minimum of 20 cm from the walls.
The venue, the organizing committee of the meeting and The Meeting Planners cannot be held responsible for situations in which the customer’s wishes with regard to decoration materials, stage structures and the like cannot be accommodated, or are rejected in connection with setting up, if these fail to adhere to the above guidelines or are otherwise appraised to comprise a risk of damage to the venue.
