Con.Ex negotiates and finalizes agreements with healthcare professionals and the event venue with regard to economic and practical conditions for the exhibitors.
Con.Ex assists and participates in the event planning.
Con.Ex registers companies and is the economic liaison.
Con.Ex ensures that the exhibition area is prepared and marked off according to the exhibition stand sketch. This will be taken care of the night prior to the event to give all parties sufficient time to get ready.
Con.Ex ensures that exhibition hours are outlined in the professional program and encourages event organizers to emphasize the importance of visiting the exhibiting companies to the participants. This is to ensure that the collaboration between developers/importers and the healthcare professionals may continue.
Con.Ex maintains a catalogue of approx. 300 companies with an interest in exhibition activities within the field of healthcare. Once a cooperation agreement has been entered into with a group/society of healthcare professionals, invitations will be sent out to all companies in the catalogue.
